    Default raspberry leaf tea/tablets

so a few ladies have recommended these to me and I've started taking them from today. recommended dosage on the jar is 2 tablets daily. I assume these are taken at the same time (well that's what I did).

I think I'm getting in on the action a little late (38 weeks) but I figure better late than never.

has anyone taken these and noticed any difference or success? I'm slightly hesitant to take them as I've not run it past the midwives or OB at the hospital however I figure if I stick to the recommended dosage I should be ok?

I took them in my 1st pregnancy & felt they did nothing for me. But I've also heard others say they helped ten fold. Guess you can only see what happens & how you feel. Good luck!

My first labour was around 30 hours of very painful contractions.

I took the raspberry leaf capsules during my second pregnancy and active labour was less then an hour, it took 20 minutes from arriving at hospital to push her out.

Not sure if that played a part, but I figured it certainly didn't do me any harm.

Eta: I took them from the beginning of 3rd trimester.

    Good luck xxxx

    do you recall what brand?

mine is the herbs of gold raspberry leaf tablets.

so hard to know if they do anything but my motto is it can't hurt!!

I reckon I've left it too late but better late than not at all I guess.

I got them from one of those popular health food/vitamin chains at my local mall.
