    Default Herbalife

Could anyone please tell me a little about the product and their experience? I eat relatively healthy but have an issue with overeating and binging. I need something to help keep me on track and be more in control.
Before I get a distributor out to me (I have one in mind) I want to know about cost and serves per day.
My aim is to feel less bloated, have more energy and loose 3-5kg.
    Thanks!

I used it and thought it was a waste of money. Tasted awful and I still felt hungry. I tried it when I was breastfeeding as a supplement and didn't like it at all

Save time and just flush your money down the toilet. Their results are in conjunction with a calorie controlled diet and exercise. So the actual Herbalife has little to do with it. And the chemicals in it are really alarming.

I would either try Lite and Easy or try just eat real food. Cut out processed foods.

Lately I've been making a real effort to drink more water and I've found myself craving sugar less.

Of course they are passionate about the product, they make money if you buy off them

my son lost a good bit of weight drinking the supplement, with a fruit juice. he also did have a job and he was walking more than he ever had in his life. so I think the two things combined. he would drink the supplement for his breakfast, and then he worked an afternoon/evening shift, and he had a low calorie main meal. but I think the biggest change was the walking. I think the supplements might help get started with some weight loss, but the whole process of loosing weight is not a quick fix, magic pill. marie.
