    We are usually in bed aroubd 11-1130 everynight and up at 5.15 weekdays so roughly 6ish hours here

    6 hours is average here...some nights it's 5, some nights I manage 6 1/2. 7 hours is like sleeping 14, but there's no way I can physically sleep 7 hours every night.

    If I go to the gym then 6-7 (10isb-5). If I don't maybe 7-8. Always broken, never more than 8 even if we're kid free.

    Workdays around 6.5-7 (I get up for the gym at 5:30am should be in bed by 10pm but rarely am).

    Weekends I probably get 7-7.5. I could get more but so enjoy my alone time that after chores are done (10:30pmish) I stay up watching TV. I need about 8 hours per night so am not getting enough at the moment. Pre-kids I got 8-10.

    I have a fit bit and it says I have around 7 hours sleep but I'm up multiple times a night coz I have a 11 month teething baby

    I was just discussing this with DH. I'm a terrible sleeper in general and DD has been adding to it lately and regressed badly with her sleeping so I'm on maybe 4-6 most nights. I've had insomnia for a few months and find myself awake until the wee hours quite often, followed by a few hours of broken sleep thanks to DD. I'm absolutely beyond exhausted but still find falling asleep very hard and staying asleep harder; I've always been an extremely light sleeper and toss and turn for most of the night, wake frequently and have to be up early with the kids.
    I've tried Restavit which did nothing except make me so groggy the next day I can barely hold my head up. Also tried temazapam and Valium- the latter is amazing but I rarely like taking them because of how addictive they can be and I don't want to become dependant on medication to fall asleep.

    I get 7-8hrs sleep a night. Broken by night feeds but I pass out instantaneously after so I don't worry about them. I also get a 1-3HR nap 4-6 days a week.

    I need 3-4 to function. The rest is a bonus.
