@Mink totally understand. Sometimes its not even the problem of assertiveness. Sometimes youre just stuck in the moment and everything leaves your mind when you get told something. Im quite an assertive person but i have always forgotten to ask questions with doctors so I write them down now before hand. My DH laughs at me lol

Yes he said it could be my tubes are blocked from scarring as he couldn't see them. Will be doing an X-ray to check that with a balloon in me. So what did you use for the scarring/blood flow issue. Big congrats! Just saw u a pregnant. I have no idea about HCG numbers either...

I had to have a surgical hysteroscopy with a gynaeo to have the adhesions removed with micro scissors. Mine was apparently really mild scarring so i didnt have to take any drugs afterwards but most girls are given eostrogen tablets for about 3 weeks after the procedure to encourage growth of new lining.

With IVF to get lining better I initially tried progynova that was hopeless only got lining to 4.8mm and this cycle i used low dose FSH injections like with a stim cycle and got my lining to 7.1mm. I also did a crap load of acupuncture this cycle and was more active. I dont know which one of those worked or if it was a combination.

But viagra would have been next step or trental.

Found some good tips for HCG levels including a breakdown of the range you should be in which you are in perfectly. But it says it ranges from woman to woman .

Caution must be used in making too much of hCG numbers. A normal pregnancy may have low hCG levels and result in a perfectly healthy baby. The results from an ultrasound after 5 -6 weeks gestation are much more accurate than using hCG numbers.
