I'm thinking of dropping days after Bub is born so I can concentrate on establishing bf first.

Yes I'm currently on PPL and am still sending ds1 to his FDC, with the normal ccb and ccr i got before i went on mat leave. I didn't want to lose his spot and he loves it. Start back at work in a week 😭😭😭

Yep you can, I just did it with DD - i left her in 3 days a week. It was great to get some one on one time with bub and she got to wear out her energy at chilecare

Hi mamasupial, yes, as you are 'employed' you wont notice a change. Childcare was a blessing for me, it kept routine and enjoyment for the older sibling and gave me breathing space with the new bub. I opted for 3 days per week. Gosh i looked forward to those days, for so many reasons. All the best.

Yay! Big relief. She's currently in 4 days a week due to both of us working full time.
