    Default Duromine and ttc

    Hi all,

    Currently my husband is taking duromine and I was wondering if it had any effect on conceiving /quality of sperm ??

    Yeah it does. It prevented me from conceiving for a few months. I went off it and all good again!

    I know they recommend not falling pregnant for 8 weeks after taking it for a mother, I would say the same for a father too!

    I had my dh ask his dr about conceiving and any side affects and he said it shouldn't have any affect..... but its a pretty strong prescription so surely it'd have some affects ?!

    Sorry I will clarify -IM not taking duromine, my husband is, he's done it before and only does it for a month to help kick start... im wanting to know if it affects sperm I guess....
