Oh that would be so upsetting and devastating. Maybe she deactivated her account? I'm sorry to hear

Im weary of having female friends. My ex husband cheated on me with my best friend. Absolutely killed it for me, im quite a loner and weary of females and can only handle them in extremely small doses.

I have 3 good friends and closest to one of them. Have known them for 20+ years now since school days!
We don't get to catch up often as everyone is busy with kids and work but when we do meet up its really great.
I come from a large family though so finding time for family and friends gets tricky at times.
I would like to make friends with the parents of school kids but am not really clicking with anyone and I am not confident enough to approach others first.

I'm so sorry that happened to you. my dh's dad did this to his mum with the mum's best friend. absolutely beyond comprehension. she's never really trusted anyone since. it's the lowest thing someone can do really.

If I'm really honest with myself then my mum is the closest thing I have to a best friend now.
What are these friendship needs you speak of? Like .... is one for gossip and another for .... spa days? Or what?

I think that's the best way to go sometimes.

That makes me really sad. Is this by choice or circumstance?
