Hey everyone, sorry I've been MIA! This thread moves fast, but I have been reading where you are all up to and wishing you all well. It's really only such a short time since I was stimming or waiting so hope you all get your bfps super quick!!!

I've slowed down and been napping a lot more recently, which I never normally do! Then last week, week 6, felt queasy nearly every day but found that crackers and crisps help... Then this week, week 7, haven't been feeling queasy so worrying about that!!! It's really just one endless worry fest!! Apart from just after the 6 week scan last week when we saw the heartbeat and that was fantastic!!! Couldn't see much other than the heartbeat and a sac but it all looks fine apparently. I saw the fs and she gave me a referral for a 9 week scan which is free and a referral for a 12 week scan which costs about $360 to check for downs and disability... Which I'm thinking of declining. I've been reading about the tests and they aren't very helpful in that they just show a probability of risk and also can be completely wrong. And there's no way I could have a termination so I'm thinking that the disability tests are completely pointless, but just something else to worry about!

Hi all, just jumped all the hurdles for Melb Primary IVF and waiting for first cycle to start. Have unexplained infertility and a little 2yr boy from IVF - worked first go with fresh egg! Went through 8 FET later to try for baby 2 with no success so hoping Primary can help (& save some money).
Been following the thread for quite some time and happy to hear about positive feedback the clinics have to offer.

Good luck with ur GP apptment @Lbaines101!!

    Welcome @Lilpingu
That's a good haul of eggs!! I'm sorry the FETs didn't work.
Was the transfer from another Melb clinic to Primary IVF clinic easier than say starting out at Primary IVF first go? The hoops and papers that @onedaymaybebaby had to go through was incredible!
