Always wanted 3 or 4. We have 1 DD and are so lucky we were even able to have 1. We've been ttc for over 3 years for another and I'm slowly accepting that it's just not going to happen again

Absolutely 100% zero. Not just when I was a child, that was my decision right up until I was 33. Then I started to realise DH really really wanted kids and would make the most amazing father and supportive husband in the world. So I agreed we'd have a baby. Two at the absolute maximum. And then I started getting a little excited about the idea as I got used to it.

Then when we started trying we realised maybe the decision wasn't going to be that easy. Two years TTC and one round of ineffective IVF under our belt so far and I haven't managed to get pregnant yet!

I had always planned on being the crazy cat lady. Always loved children but the whole birth thing never appealed to me. Had a total surprise baby boy who is now 5, then a beautiful baby girl who we lost the week before she was due 19 months ago. I'm now almost 12 weeks along with #3. I'd love a big family but now I know there truly is no 'safe point', pregnancy terrifies me.

At least 2 if not more. I'm an only child and I hated it and still do. So I was adamant I'd never have 1 child only. Even now in my 40s I really wish I had a sibling or 2

As a child playing, I was always a 'Mum of two' , as I became older and thinking of kids, I knew I didn't want two, so I was hoping for three.

    I have four kids.

I wanted 3. I have 1 sibling, and always felt that I wanted to be part of a larger family. Parenthood was also THE thing I really wanted in my life.

DP was happy not to have children. He was happy with 1, okay with 2 and would definitely regret/resent having a third, so we're done with 2 (he's about to get a vasectomy).

I would still like a third, but it's not just up to me.
