Yes! All questions I answered as 'under any circumstances' as in- if I could imagine doing that under any circumstances then I answered yes. Eg- dob on unethical business practices: yes; if they were putting lives at risk.
The helping a driver thing would be a no if I was with the kids- I would be walking in that scenario as I don't drive and I wouldn't be able to help and keep an eye at the same time, but if I was on my own, of course- so I put yes. Not sure if that's helpful and whether I should re-answer as 'most of the time' instead of any circumstances...

I suppose it depends where people places moral values. For me, yes.

    11) was there at least one question that was near on impossible to answer a simple yes or no?

    Yes!
1 is a big grey area, but there are some scenarios where I would.
6 By really struggling, I interpreted that as barely being able to feed my own family, so as much as I would love to help the homeless person, I couldn't leave my own family without to do so. I would be hoping that someone not struggling would help them though.

That's how I tried to answer my questions. Some I just went with "most of the time".
@harvs trust you to think of hotness factor lol

The old man one actually happened to me one day. I was driving passed and saw him but was running late for something so I kept driving. He was 20meters from a petrol station on a main highway. It turned out he had decided to walk the other direction towards town, took a wrong turn and got lost. He ended up in some front yard full of thick bushes and had a heart attack. The owners had gone away for a few weeks and the old guy was found a few days to a week or so later. I distinctly remember seeing the old guy in the car because I thought he looked the type to be able to have a bit of a tinker and should be OK. Now if I see an old guy with car trouble who doesn't look like he could over power me then I try to at least offer help in whatever way I could.
