Default Signs you were twins early in pregnancy

Just wondering if any mummas of twins/pregnant with twins had any early tell tale symptoms/signs they were having twins?
I'm 6 weeks, and did my pregnancy test before I was even late for my period (signs of pregnancy were so promenant!) and I have had hectic ALL DAY sickness, everything in full force...I had same symptoms with my first but very mild...so wondering if could be twins!!??
They do run in the family...

Funnily enough with my twin pregnancy I had no indication whatsoever, no morning sickness, nothing. This time around with a singleton I was horribly sick with morning sickness and had far more symptoms!

Same as hunnybunny. No signs, never had morning sickness and my test results didn't show heightened levels at all. So it was a fantastic surprise.

Nope no signs. My only symptom I had before I got my bfp was exhaustion.

I didn't feel any different when I was in early pregnancy with twins as I did with my singleton, although my skinny jeans were too tight by 5 weeks! But that could've been due to it being my second pregnancy
