Good to start thinking about booking with an Obs at about 6 weeks so you can get in- most good ones could book out if you book after about 8 weeks depending on how many patients they take per month. Usually you book in to see your obstetrician at 8-10 weeks for your first visit. Depends on what you're after and how much you want to spend.

Hello! I am currently booked in at Mitcham for June. I am seeing dr Nia Eshani and she is fantastic. I rang and booked my 1st appointment when I was around 6 weeks. They normally want to see you around 7-10weeks for first appointment.
I did a bit of research so if you would like any feedback or thoughts shoot me a PM.

I booked my obstetrician the day I got a positive pregnancy test. He was the first person I called after I'd told my husband the good news!
