Default Are you a quiet household or a noisy household?

quiet atm as its just dh and I. I can't stand too much chaos and noise tbh, i find it very taxing.

    Quiet mostly.
When dh is home he always has the tv on even if he isn't watching. It really annoys me, but I think he likes the background noise.
When the kids are playing they can get a bit loud. This kind of noise doesn't bother me but dh finds it annoying .😕

We are somewhere in the middle. Not as quiet as DPs family and definitely not as loud as mine.

Somewhere in the middle. We are a blended family with 5 kids so it can get a little noisy, but we prefer them to go outside if they're going to be particularly loud and rowdy. We don't tiptoe around once they've gone to bed, so they sleep through the sound of the TV and our chatter.

The reason I say we are in the middle is that when my sister brings her two kids over, suddenly I notice just how LOUD her kids are! They somehow manage to make my house so incredibly noisy when they're here (they're 3 & 6). Her two are louder by far than our five kids combined. It's bizarre :/ I think it's partly because they bicker and argue a lot and they manage to make my kids become loud and aggravated too. They're good kids, just full on at times.

We are fairly quiet, but I'm sure that's about to change!

Or maybe we are quiet comparatively? We moved from a duplex where it was constant noise behind us. Now on our street there are 3 families with 6+ kids, and their noise level is ridiculous..

We are pretty loud. During the day all you can hear is my kids screaming and playing outside. DH likes the telly loud. Something is always going on. I like the noise I guess. Makes my house feel full.

We can be both (surprisingly as I have 4 active boys 😁) I think we are fairly quite compared to some smaller families I know.

Noisy. It makes me sick. No matter how hard I try to get everyone to use inside voices, we are LOUD!
