    To any of the ladies who spot before AF arrives- how many days does the spotting usually last? And is it pink or brown (if that isn't too personal).. ?

    I'm trying to figure out wth is happening with my stupid body 😤

    Wow! Those are great levels Jan01! I just got my results back today and my levels were at 39 after using the pessaries.

    Up to a wk beforehand @Lovemysons. Usually brown too.

    @Lovemysons it's usually 6/7 days before AF and brown (except this month 3 days which I hunk was due to the Vitex).
    @MusicalMumma that's great that the pesseries are working for you. Obviously progesterone isn't causing my problem the, I just wish I could find the answer!

    Am getting nervous and excited.. tomorrow go in for my 1st iui procedure then let the tww start. Really hope this works as my belly looks like a pin noard with all these needle bruises.

    I've ordered some OPKs, hopefully they arrive by next weekend. My cycle is usually pretty consistent, but not sure if the D&C is going to have messed with it
