If your temp jumped this morning, you probably ovulated yesterday

Oh really? So does that put me at 1dpo?? I'm new to BTT so not 100% of how it all works? Today would be CD14 but I have had 27 day cycles.
    Thanks

Having no clue where you are at with your cycle, is so frustrating. My ob said I should get AF 4 weeks after my D&C, so it should arrive on Thursday. I'm hoping she's right and AF appears right on time. I've been trying to pick up on O signs, but my CM has been all over the place and I've had random twinges a few times

Pretty much every single one of married friends are TTC'ing, pg or just given birth in our close group. Just found out last night that my gf fell pg first ever time trying. Oh the luck of some! So I'm feeling a bit sad. I'm so happy for her but I hate that this thing (TTC) isn't just even in life. My bestie (also in our group) is on IVF after loooots of trying then another looks at her DH and is preggo just like that. One fell pg without even trying. I know our bodies are different but I hate that it's easy for some but so hard for others. I wish some didn't struggle. We fell pg on cycle 4 with 1st our bubba. That is a miracle in itself as I've had cancer , chemo, radiation therapy the LOT. I'm so grateful for my one. I just feel such a sense of injustice for my bestie who is struggling who has to watch everyone around her fall pg. She doesn't know about the new one and I am dreading telling her. It's just me and her left in the friendship group who haven't fallen pg. I keep saying to her it's because we're meant to be pg at the same time and I've just started. So hopefully with all my positive thinking (cos I'm all about it) we can be pg together and support each other and be on Mat leave together.
Sorry just had to share my sadness.
Welcome to the thread. I hope for you and your bestie your positive attitude pays off. It certainly does suck being the one with infertility issues and seeing people fall so easily. In the 3yrs we've been TTC we've seen so many friends etc have a couple of kids each and not even to have 1 together is a real kick in the guts.

Also wondering, do you ladies believe that children have a 6th sense? Last night I picked my son up, he pointed to my tummy and said ' you have a baby in there', lets hope he is onto something!!
I think they do. My eldest always told me I was and what each pregnancy was too.

The doctor had the worst bedside manner and told me it was very risky etc scared the bejeezus out of me .
    xx.
It's hard waiting for the cycle to kick back in. Sometimes it can take a little longer depending how far along you were. I hope you don't have to wait much longer X

This will be my 19th cycle since TTC and 10th cycle since my miscarriage 😞

It will also be my 4th cycle on clomid

Will be having a pelvic ultrasound and hubby will be having a semen analysis next week just to see if there is a factor that may be contributing as I am definitely ovulating.

Good luck to everyone for a BFP this month... It's my birthday this month so hoping that may give me extra luck for a little bundle 😆
Welcome Hun. Hope the clomid works for you. Good idea checking on the rest hopefully everything a ok.

It's not even been 3 months since he passed and it seems like everyone I know is pregnant and all due in August. I would never wish any of my troubles on anyone but it feels so unfair we have suffered so much on this TTC journey and others just fall pregnant and seem to breeze through it all. The. You get all the "when are you going to have another baby?" questions from well meaning strangers that have no idea what's really going on. It sounds like you are supporting your friend as much as possible though
Hugs Hun go easy on yourself too burying a child is I think the hardest thing for a parent to go through. If you ever need to talk sing out as I've been through it too X

Hey Hun yay for the tww. But yes if you're charting and your temp spikes it means you o the day before. Hope that helps.

AFM: well I started my IVF injections yesterday and thankfully they are easier to do than I thought they would be. Not a fan of needles but these I don't even feel go in yay. The meds sting a tiny bit after the injection but that's not as bad as I was expecting either so double yay there and it's not as daunting thankfully. I'll have my first scan on Friday to see how I'm progressing.

Thanks for your story @SoReady... Can I ask would a hole show up in a pelvic ultrasound? Can it be fixed?

I'm actually terrified something is going to show up that can't be fixed. I'm mainly concerned about scarring as I have had two c sections and a natural mc.... Scared my uterus may be on the fritz 😥

Glad the meds/needles aren't too bad!

I'm not sure what the ultrasound will show. My specialist went straight to a laparoscopy because I was having painful cycles so she suspected maybe endo in which case she would be able to try and remove it at the same time. Once she got in there she did the dye flush on the tubes and discovered one is closed and the other had a huge hole in it. The good news was I had no endo but the hole in the tube was too big to repair and she said it was quite unusual. The flush didn't unblock the other tube either so our only option would be full IVF. It was a bit devastating to find out but at least we had a proper plan and I was lucky to fall pregnant with my first son on our very first cycle.

I have to have a pelvic ultrasound this time though to check my CS internal scar to make sure they are happy with it before doing our next IVF cycle. I can do this late April after my 3rd cycle after the CS.
