    Sometimes we add mango or peaches/nectarines

    DS2 is 2yrs old and has a smoothie almost every day for the past year

    Banana, berries (fresh and/or frozen), Greek yoghurt, LSA, Flaxseed meal, chia seeds, avocado, mango.... What else..... Whatever is on hand really.
