Default in need of a distraction

I am struggling today - trying to get through today to hopefully a planned hospital admission to a psych ward tomorrow if DHS come through & allow my son to go where I want him to. But today it is moving more towards needing a crisis admission unless I can change things before the CAT team come back in a couple of hours to reassess where DHS will end up placing him in emergency foster care.

So I need something to distract me - anything to take my mind of where it current is, funny, rambles of nothingness, anything really

Sending hugs hon. How about a game? I've been known to fill hours playing bloons when I was procrastinating. Would that work as a distraction option?

Being a relatively new member there is years of BH threads to read. Go for the locked ones-quite entertaining most of the time!
