Default Very (very!) faint BFP now pain on one side?

    Hello all,

I'm 11dpo & today got a very faint BFP. I'm now feeling pain on one side & into my back. It's only semi mild but definitely noticeable.

I have dx endometriosis but at last check it wasn't near/on my tubes.

I'm worried it's ectopic! As I'm only 11dpo would it be too early to get it checked out? Do I wait for the pain to get worse?

(With both my pregnancies I got attrocious cramping but it's usually all over the abdomen)

    Thanks in advance.

Wait until you go for your bloods to confirm pregnancy and mention the pain. Also if your levels come back low (mine was just 22 at my first blood test) it could be indicative of an ectopic; but honestly, we can only speculate until you have a scan to rule it out. It's extremely early, the pain may well be normal early pregnancy cramping. Just be sure to ask for an early ultrasound if you have any concerns.
Congratulations, fingers crossed for a sticky bub!

Obviously not all low numbers mean a certain ectopic. It can be indicative of one though, coupled with one sided pain etc. Every one is different and I know a person who had a reading of 19 and went on to have a normal, perfectly healthy pregnancy.
In my case, my numbers were low and this was due a tubal.
As I said OP, no one can say for sure, you'll need an early scan if you're concerned. Good luck.

Thanks you two. Pain has eased now

I'll test tomorrow and hopefully it's darker, otherwise it might just be a false positive

False positives are VERY unlikely 😃
