    Default Strange bleeding

    Hey there,

Just on my 2nd month ttc and AGAIN having a strange AF. So last month around day 24 I got some light spotting - it seemed like an implantation bleed to me; I've had that before. So I was pretty excited as I was getting other pregnancy symptoms. I have 4 children and had 3 early miscarriages; so I thought I'd pretty familiar with how my body changes when pregnant. After 3 spotting days and then a non-bleeding day I thought we'd nailed it! OMG first month (that's never happened). Next day heavy heavy AF :-(

Right now, the same thing is happening - although because of that 'strange' bleeding last month; I'm less sure on my dates and not sure of my Ovulation. But I believe again at what I think is day 24 I've had spotting - it now 3rd day but still 'strange' not a flowing AF. What's really annoying me if that I'm having so many early preg signs - metallic mouth, slight shortness of breath, sensitive nipples....
Could it really be an implantation this time - or could I be pre-menopausal? I'm wondering if it could be a luteal phase defect? How do I know! And the back of mind is just really wishing it will be a pregnancy.....Any thoughts?

    Hi goosey,

I was having strange af's like that since having my son, I believe my luteal phase was too short - too low progesterone, so I have started taking vitex and b6 which has lengthened it

I've had afs like this since having ds - it's mostly short lp or low progerestone for me. I'm still bfing so that's played havoc with my cycles a bit.

Yeah - I've had af back for about 10months (since dd2) and it's only happened the last two cycles since we've been ttc.weird!

Hey, anyone else had this short lf or low progesterone? Did it come on just suddenly like this? As I said, I've been tracking for awhile, and although my cycle has been short for a long time, the bleeding was 'normal'. These last two months (since we've been ttc) have been just spotting for days to start.
