    Aren't pancakes and pikelets the same thing?


    I just thought it was the same recipe, but pikelets were 'thicker' than pancakes?

    If you thinned the mix right out they'd be crepes pretty much.

    thanks everyone. I went to newtown cw (syd)

    here's the frer. bit diluted but I was busting so thought Id try it. it's already darker than the (dried) ones from last cycle. I hope this is a good sign. the line popped up straight away
