Hello neighbours. I'm laying on the couch at the moment in the dark, listening to my two baby nephews in the room next door take turns crying and feeding, waking, crying and going through the whole process again and again. My bro and sis in law are staying overnight. I really feel for them right now, two kids under 18 months, both b'fing and neither of them sleep terribly well.

Meanwhile I'm laying here on the couch as DH and I can't comfortably sleep in the same bed with me heavily pregnant with night leg cramps and light sleeping, it's just better for us both to sleep apart! DD is asleep in her room and right about now I'm feeling very grateful for the 4+ year age gap we will have between our two!

I am a basic crocheter. I do blankets and baby dresses and that about it.
A somewhat detailed blanket, in black (by request) that is just taking so darn long. I have loads of other stuff I want to make so trying to get this finished.

4 year age gaps are great.

I know that feeling. I have made a few king size blankets for our bed. I like them oversized so you tuck them in. They took a whole brisbane winter.

Is there such a thing as too many chooks? I really want to expand my brood!
I have 24 Isa Browns raised from chicks but I'm looking to branch out.
Maybe your dad and I need to talk!
