Sorry to go completely off topic for a moment but I still think about this constantly. Do you know how they are getting on?

Not really. They keep away from most people.

I've wondered how the family was getting on. Still makes me tear up just thinking about it.

On the chaplan matter my DD went to the one at our school because she was been bullied and had lost faith in the admin staff to do anything about it as we had reported it numerous times, and by going and seeing them once a week at school she gained so much confidence and started trusting the teaching staff again all with no mention of God the whole sessions were about DD nothing else.

I have mixed feelings about organised religion, however I will raise my boys the way I was raised.
    1. Your faith or beliefs are your choice and your choice alone.
    2. Respect everyone's right to this choice, never force your beliefs on anyone else or judge anyone else's beliefs. .
    3. At anytime you are free to change your faith or beliefs as you move through life and life gives you more experiences and knowledge.
