    I usually do one hard cheese, one soft and one blue.

    On the side - olives, a dip of some sort, crackers, bread sticks and something sweet like quince paste or dried fruit.

    Yum. Now I want cheese for dinner!

    Leederville on Oxford street.
    They cut the amount (weight) of cheese you want and can slice all the cold meats super thin

    Ohh yum. I had an ash brie recently that was divine. I love cheese, but I still can't get into blues.

    Default Cheese platter chatter

    Give me ALL the cheese!!!!

    My platter would be piled high with:

    Meredith marinated goats cheese
    Something smokey and delicious
    Something sharp and crumbly
    Something creamy
    Nothing blue
    Wine

    Accompaniments:
    Prosciutto
    Salami
    Wafer thin crackers (thin so they don't interfere with the cheese!)
    SDT
    Pate
    Quince paste
    Maybe some nutty pesto too
    Some kind of freshness - grapes, celery, something like that
    Wine
