    Depends?

5 mins walk or 5 mins drive?
    Raining or not?
    Running late or not?
    Dark and isolated or not?
    Injured or not?

Yes I am an over thinker.

All of the above, depends on all sorts of factors. Also, with kids or not?

If it is as hot as it has been where I live, I would drive.

And crank the air con 👍

Embarrassingly I mostly drive but I am getting better.

As others have said, it does depend on a lot of factors though. I live a couple of hundred metres from a block of shops. I mostly walk. I have family who live a 5 minute drive away - I drive, mainly because we usually go for dinner or something else and it's night time / I am bringing food with us.

Drive! The area I live in is hilly with no footpaths and there are a couple of nearby busy roads that don't have pedestrian crossings.

It's not an easy place to get around without a vehicle.

We live 2kms from my town but with my kids it takes 40+ minutes each way and mostly I just don't have the time for a 1.5 hour round trip for something I can do in 5 minutes (post office, school run etc)
