Wow LLH, what a yucky experience you're having. Is DD1 coming home for a break?

I hope your second last shift goes well @sunnyflower!

I am tired and cranky. It was a work day today but I had to go and pick DS2 up at midday because he was "sick". Bull fodder. I'm so cranky. Another 2.5 hours of lost wages.

    .
Yes she will be home for 4 days. It was going to be 2 weeks and it was supposed to our Christmas and her birthday time. But the hospital rang with a appointment for her, so flew down to her instead.

She brought me this will hanging. She reckons I have said those words to her billion times.

    Hi Ho Everybody!

Had a pretty good day today, a very rare occurance in our neck of the woods.

Had a house inspection this morning that went well. Have our old real estate agent back and she was happy to address our concerns. Kind of missed her actually. She was on maternity leave.
Had DS1's school assessment today and apparently he did really well.
My house stayed clean until Dinner, so that's a big win, and I have not yelled once today. So WINNING. YAAAY!

Wowsers. That trip home sounds terrible

I had an ok day. I had a half day so had lunch with DH, bought some stuff at the shops and then I had an appointment with my midwife. Serious discussion about birth and I need to come in sooner rather than later due to my first birth being quite fast.

Otherwise, all went well. Boring pregnancy = good pregnancy.

At home. DS is in a better mood so we are watching cartoons.

    It official today hates me.
I left my jumper in the food court. Dd has run to see if she can see it. Hopefully she will be back in time to board. Farr out. My brain is in a bloody fog...

Is it really stormy at the airport? There isn't much at my house - just started to rain.

Also I was watching some yourltube vids and came across a ridiculous ad for the clearblue digital pregnancy tests. After the whole fake 'guess what I'm pregnant' bit that looked and sounded awkward her friend asks how far to which she replied '2 weeks'. Who says that!?!?! It's flipping 4. No wonder people get confused when ads like that are shown *sigh*.

It isn't that bad but the tarmac is an open clear space which makes anyone walking on the tarmac a potential human lightning rod.
