    Default Egg and nut free cupcakes

    Hi ladies!
    I'm looking for a egg and but free cupcake recipe. Will taking in cupcakes for DS birthday to day care and one person has says egg free one has said not to worry about it but I'll just do egg free anyway.

    So any recipes that taste yummy and are fairly easy lol

    I made these last week and although they were supposed to be brownies they were more like a basic chocolate cake. I'm not sure how it will work as cupcakes and guessing they won't rise as much as normal cakes but I was surprised how much like a normal cake it was.

    Brownies

    2 cup plain flour
    2 cups sugar
    3/4 cup cocoa
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp salt
    1 cup water
    1 cup veg oil
    1 tsp van extract

    175 for about 25 mins

    Also you can buy egg replacer which is a powder. I've not used it much so not sure if it works well.

    I did see u can but id only use for these cupcakes so bit of a waste.

    Can you make the cake mix + can of softdrink cakes?

    I've made them and they turned out great! No egg needed.

    You can use a chocolate cake mix and fanta for choc orange, or vanilla cake mix and creaming soda etc. If you google it you will find heaps of ideas! X

    You can use Apple purée or banana to replace egg.
