    Hello everyone.

I've arrived in Athens finally. I hear you @AnnaMM we were delayed 2 hours in Melbourne then a poor man had a heart attack and we were diverted. Missed my connection so stayed in Dubai over night. But I'm here YAY! Good lucky @CherryCP. Fingers crossed for you. Also just to mention the lovely Kostas. He was so good with me changing dates and so helpful. Can't recommend him highly enough.
I'm booked in to see Peny at Serum on Monday. Can't wait. 😄
Any of the girls that went to Serum I just wanted to know what happens on transfer day? Do they do bloods to check where you with all your levels before transferring? What happens?

Thanks @Kitkats. How are you communicating with Kostas? I sent an email enquiry to his hotmail address a few days ago but haven't heard back... We are currently enroute to Dubai.

Hi @CherryCP I'm at Serum with Penny. She's pretty good with emailing. Hope you hear from him soon. Hope your flight goes ok. Who are you flying with?

What happens on transfer day will depend a bit on your individual case I guess but last time I went they took me upstairs, you go to the loo, change into a wrap skirt, they scanned me and checked the lining, then had me wait in the consult room (next to the transfer theatre) while they defrosted the embies, then transferred them, wheeled me back to the consult room (there's a chair for DH) gave me intralipids, gave my pregnyl injection, made sure I had all the meds I needed, and that was pretty much it. Took about 2 ish hours. I do progesterone injections though, not pessaries so my prog levels didn't need checking. On my previous visit when I was on pessaries they did bloods to check my prog levels.

12pm. I'm looking forward to finding out how everything went and meeting Penny. I'm coming down with a cold. Sore throat, ears etc do you know if that affects things? I will update on all when I get back.
