So much to think about hey! And we all do something a bit different in terms of meds. I've never had to buy Gonal f, it was always just issued to be by Monash, and I didn't use it in my Greek cycles. Hope it's not too pricey luv! I remember nearly having a conniption when I had to buy my own crinone here once in addition to what Monash issued. Ah well, in for a penny in for a pound!

You must be getting so excited! Feels like there are lots of ladies going over in the next couple of months - Aussie invasion!

Hey @Kitkats! Sounds like we'll be there around the same time. We leave Saturday week. My transfer (all going well) will be around 16th to 18th April.

Does the bloat subside or ease up at some stage? Or does it just continue on into the pregnancy? Sorry if I sound daft but this is a bit different to my last OE cycles. Felt a bit gassy then, but not like this!

The bloat subsides about 8ish months after ET :-D. Actually by the end of the first trimester your body settles in to the pregnancy a bit and you're off meds so you do feel better then.

That's just fine, nice and normal - it's also the minimum at which they will transfer (so it's great you've reached that milestone already) and your lining will still thicken from here, you're doing well :-)

Hi SharonG! I haven't had a BFP yet. This will be a first PUPO experience for me as my eggs weren't any good. I am seeing a naturopath prior to DE. Had several blood tests which showed a few issues. So the naturopath has 'hit me hard' with supplements as he only had 4 weeks before my departure. I see him again on day of departure to check progress. My supplements include omega 3, b vitamins, mineral supp, blood supp for hemoglobin (my levels were low), and probiotics to help with digestion issues. Apart from that I take baby aspirin and megafol - folate. I've heard vitamin E can assist lining, but I'll wait till my next scan to see if I need it.

Perhaps you could ask your FS what vitamins/supplements they recommend, or if you are going to see Dr K, he may suggest something.

    Hope this helps.

Hi ladies! Just wondering how the experienced greek DE ladies adapted to the change in time, etc when taking your medication while travelling and while overseas? (So there are no long gaps between pills/injections/pessaries and no OD!). Any general tips?

Just a quick question for the mums on here, when did you get your period after giving birth? Mine hasn't showed it's been nearly 4 months..

Answering someone's questions on what to take before pregnancy I took daily :
Raspberry leaf tea and capsules, Vitamin E, baby aspirin, pregnancy multivitamin, folate 5mg, I drank pomegranate juice every few days, ate lots of protein, got acupuncture, walked everyday.
