Doctor. They need to diagnose you via a urine test. Then you may need antibiotics.

If you have one you can also get Ural from the chemist which will help with the symptoms (but not to cure it). And drink lots of water.

Sometimes you can get away with flushing out the infection with drinking lots but often antibiotics are necessary. Try cranberry juice too but often I find just trying to drink gallons of water at least helps with the burning!

Plenty of water, cranberry juice, ural sachets. Definitely try and get into the GP. If left untreated can end up in your kidneys and cause a lot more pain and problems. If it's super mild (like a bit of burning/stinging when you pee), you *might* be able to clear it up with the water and cranberry juice, but still book a GP appt to cover all bases.

Yes get to the docs adapt the relief with antibiotics is the best.
I'm in my 4th week and 2nd round of antibiotics (had one 2 weeks ago!)
I've been drinking 2-3 liters of water a day, cranberry juice, Ural and also morning and night cranberry supplements.
Unfortunately the natural stuff isn't cutting it and my back is aching from the referral pain coming from my kidneys!!

Hope you feel better soon xx

    Antibiotics.

Get yourself to a doctor, otherwise it'll spread to your kidneys and you'll end up in hospital on IV antibiotics.

Try hiprex over the counter and safe during pregnancy. And lots of cranberry juice. Drink a glass right before bed.

I've had it a few times, always got rid of it myself with lots of cranberry juice, Ural and cups of tea. Plus the last time I also got that Hiprex stuff from the chemist.

If you leave it too late you'll have to go to the GP. Last time I had it was when I was working so I sat and sipped cranberry juice all day at my desk. Drank a litre in the morning and another litre in the afternoon.

You can get cranberry tablets too. You don't get all the sugar from the juice.
