Do you put your daughter down like 15mins before so she's asleep by the 3.5-4 hr mark?!
Last night she was in bed at the 3hr mark and with all the settling was asleep by 3.5 hr mark!
No I don't put her down before the nap time to settle I just put her down around the nap time when she's tired and ready. I think if I put her in her cot 15 minutes early she would just stuff around and get agitated as she's not ready to sleep yet. So if she got up at 7 and I put her down at say 9:30 and she stroked her face for 10 minutes before falling asleep at 9:40, if I had put her down at 9:15 then she'd probably still go to sleep at 9:40 just spending 25 minutes settling instead of 10 if that makes sense?
