    Default What to make of this all?

    Hi all,
    Hubby and I have been trying to fall pregnant with #2 for about 7mths now and unfortunately unsuccessful so far.

    I’m on my 3rd month of charting and have just passed my expected fertile/ovulation stage. I believe i have had all the symptoms of ovulation this cycle in terms of CM (i don’t get ovulation pain or anything like that) but my chart hasn’t had a dip or a spike to indicate that ovulation has occurred.

    According my last 2 cycles I usually ovulate on CD 18 or CD19 I'm now on CD22 and still no crosshair on FF as my temps have stayed quite low I've attached a pic of my chart for this month, hopefully it works?). I know last month i had only 4 days of my period...1 day spotting before and 2 days afterwards which was a little unusual as my periods usually last 7 days. Was quite headachey post period too which wasn’t fun

    I just don’t really know what to make of it and thought it would be nice to see if anyone has experienced something similar?

    I'd say you're gearing up to O, based on your chart. Your temp is still dropping. It could be you had your fertile CM because your body was getting ready to O and for whatever reason it didn't, and now it's getting ready to try again

    yes you are right Lil Smurfy!

    I ended up having fertile CM for almost 2 weeks! Then I ended up ovulating on CD25 according to FF which is so much later than normal. My period did come early last month. Started around the 10th when I was actually due around the 15th. I wonder if that had anything to do with it?
    This cycle, once FF detected ovulation my period due date, shifted back to the 16th (originally said it was due today, the 9th) so maybe my body is just balancing itself out again.

    Your luteal phase should be the same each month, so if you O earlier, AF will be due earlier, and if you O later, AF will be due later.

    Ahhhh...okaaay i understand!

    It's so funny, trying for our 2nd and i still feel like I am kinda clueless as to how my cycles work LOL. We were very lucky with our first....my daughter who just turned 3. I got pregnant on my 3rd cycle so never really delved into charting or anything. We have been trying for 7mths now so it's taking a little longer this time around. Hoping that charting will help me time it all better
