Count me in too! Haven't done as well as I had hoped this month. I want to be 20kg lighter by August.
Since school is back it should be easier. I find holidays blow me out (literally lol) & weekends. My hubby is a bad influence & 1 of those lucky people who can eat whatever he wants & not gain a gram 😡
Getting up tomorrow at 5:55am to get out for a walk before DH goes to work. Monday mornings are my weigh in too. I also measure myself & write down muscle%, fat% & BMI. Hoping the numbers are down from last week. Don't expect them to be thanks to AF arriving & making me bake a self saucing choc pudding last night 🙈
