Okay so started Feb on 74.5kg

Hoping to lose 1kg this month

69.4 today after weighing in at 70 on Monday. Friday is my usual weigh in day so I have time to undo weekend damage 😆

Does everyone do their weigh in's in the morning, I often have 1-2kgs more at night, I know that it's normal to weigh more at night, but when it's 2kgs I freak out lol

I've been extra good with food-using mfp to make sure I don't go over 1200calories. I have been really busy so I've had mostly 500-800calorie intake, which might not be the best.

I haven't started exercising yet but have taken a fast paced 5kg walk every day. Using map my walk to make sure I get my 5km's.
So far I've lost 2.7kg which just feels too good to be true!!

I weigh in in the morning, I get up, pee, and weigh myself. It's more consistent than night time because I might need to do a #2 or have eaten a lot or eaten a little that day, so I find its more accurate in the morning.

I weigh in first thing in the morning after a pee too.

Lovemysons got me thinking about measurements. What measurements do those who take them take? Both arms, thighs, waist, tummy and hips?

    Weigh in this morning

    Sw 100.5 (February)
    CW 99.9

Coming off very slowly but I do feel healthier so I guess that's something.
    Good luck everyone

    I'm so excited!
My last pair of jeans from a plus size store are now baggy! And I bought a pair of sz 14 jeans today from a regular shop!
From sz 20 to sz 14 in 4.5 months.
    Feeling on cloud nine today!

Okay weigh in day, even though I only started trying on Monday.
75.5kg this morning, that's 2.5 kg down this week. Out for dinner tonight though so I'm guessing I'll be up come Monday. Hopefully not much though. Still gotta have a life, right?

    The measurements I do are
    Waist
    arm
    thigh
    hips
    bust

But I always forget them. Will be doing them monthly.
