Woot! I'm weighing in under 80kgs today!!
Three days no chocolate! No exercise Tuesday but yesterday did short 1.5km walk and an aqua zumba class. And today i did a 3km walk/jog.
Weigh in day for me tomorrow, hoping for at least a little loss.
I'm going ok. Food is pretty good. I'm back at work (dance teacher) so am now battling being ravenously hungry at dinner time after work. It's ok if I eat slowly (it's very hard to resist the temptation to inhale). Calorie intake is up a few hundred a day these past few days, but I have been thrashing my body in the ridiculous heat. I'm actually so sore today, it was killing me to use the clutch in the car. Looking forward to my body readjusting! 😁
Only 100g loss for me. Would've liked more but oh well. Maybe this week.
No I've never really taken measurements. I'm ok with 100g loss. I was actually just over 97 on Monday so I'm down from that. I wasn't expecting a huge loss.
I had been so good but last night, there was cheese. Quite a lot of cheese.
I'm not going to weigh until Monday but I have a feeling it won't be pretty!
72.7kg. I am so happy to have this thread to track my progress. I am always going to the gym 5 days a week, unless something stops me, like babysitting. I have been pretty good with my eating too. cheers to us. marie.
