Smashed bootcamp today and only went 10 grams over in my carb intake!! Very happy with that 😊
Breakfast - banana protein smoothie
Lunch - cheeseburger dim sims (from the I quit sugar cookbook) with a sweet potato and lettuce salad.
Afternoon tea - cappuccino
Dinner - baked snapper with a salad.
Dessert - 6 squares of Cadbury chocolate (naughty I know but stayed within calorie and sugar range)
