    Default February Weight Loss Challenge

    Carrying on over from the January thread, for anyone who would like to join and continue on the journey to a healthier, fitter, and hopefully lighter us in 2016.

    Will weigh in tomorrow morning, so I have my starting weight as at the 1st of February. I'm starting Michelle Bridges 12 Week Body Transformation tomorrow, so it will be interesting to see if that does anything for me.

    I have lost a lot of weight in the last 2 years but there still more to go.
    I'm aiming for a 4-5 kg loss for February and you ladies can keep me accountable to make sure I do it!

    I've been doing the opposite of sensible eating the last month and it's caught up with me!

    No specific weight goals, I just want to trim down again.

    I am in too.
    Didn't do so well in January and put on weight, not much but I can feel it creeping up slowly.
    Will try get more exercise and lose 2 kg.

    I'm here, I'd like to lose 3kg but be happy with 2 this month. I'm working all the hours gods given, scouting is back and I'm a leader as well as a child in the group on a different night and dd is starting swimming as well, I seem to be booking all my waking hours full 😱
