Next update tomorrow, any that have divided will be frozen. Then I miss a full cycle and stim again to hopefully get a decent number to do the genetic tests, if not maybe another two stims (eek)

@Flower78 that's great about the fertilisation!!! Awesome!! Wow more stims! How are you feeling about that? What's the timeline looking like to have a transfer done? I take my hat off to you for being so patient!!
@NandM that's awesome that your scan isn't far away!! Hopefully your next transfer is it!!

Waiting is hard! We had thought to do a transfer before doing PGS. But seeing as I had to freeze them all anyway this time I may as well stim again and test. I think I will just do two stims and test. So then transfer will be August/September. Gee that sounds ages away!

You may have already covered this but why are you having them tested? Is there anyway to transfer one in this next cycle that you have to skip anyway? I'm sure time will fly anyway!

My FS is pretty strict about skipping a cycle after stim (to do either FET or stim). So won't speed things up unfortunately.

I'm testing because I'm getting older, 38 this year. I've had three blasts not take, plus a chem and early m/c. So I expect a lot of my eggs are no good, hoping to avoid transferring lots of abnormal blasts.

Yeah that's fair enough! Saves some heartache as well then really. At least you know that you are transferring the best 😊 it's okay time goes faster and faster so hopefully it won't drag for you. At least you will be doing things baby related in that time too.

So just wondering if people have thought past the IVF stage at all? We hadn't & now have my sister bleating at us to get an obstetrician this week or else it will be too late! Talk about pressure. Shows we were fully absorbed in the IVF phase of all of this.

That's a good point @Kazzy36... To be honest... No.

I can't see past this stage yet so have no idea what to do once we get our bfp. I guess once we have had our 6 week scan then we would look at getting a referral to our local hospital. We want to go public so not sure what more we would even need to do. Please share your journey though cos I'm hoping we will soon follow in your footsteps!
