No sign of AF yet so not sure when that will show but we have our appointment with our new FS next week so we are very excited about that!!!! Can't freaking wait to change clinics so we haven't taken the news badly! I think we are both kind of relived to be done with them to be honest. Sounds bad because we would have loved ducky to stay but it just means we can both start over with another FS and not worry about being locked into FF because of a donor issue.

Very excited to see what's ahead and obviously somewhat nervous. Just hope we can get better treatment at the new clinic!
I can understand that. Onwards and upwards with the new specialist! So it was confirmed negative?

    Is your appointment tomorrow?

Our appointment is next week and FF have emailed all of our paperwork to us which is good because we can get all of that over to him before we meet. We even got to see all the lab reports which was interesting! Can't wait to see what the professor has to say!

Oh that sucks tortoise. But I'm glad you have a new plan that is exciting you and keeping you positive! We recently set our 2 year plan up and now I feel so much better about the possibility of another failed cycle because we're prepared. I really hope this is the change you girls need to get that baby tortoise 👶

So sorry it was a negative again Tortoise. Hope your next clinic is much better!

I had a bit of a strange experience at my clinic today too. I had booked in for my natural FET, as that's the orders they had. Then they call back today to say the FS wants me to do Progynova/Syneral instead! So no bloods just US on Day 12. Not sure what happened there but I'm glad it's a different plan. Have to go in tomorrow to get the drugs, hope they aren't starting too late!

That's really good @Flower78 at least they are trying something different!

We are excited about moving on. It might not be all smooth sailing when we get to the new clinic but this new FS seems much more interested in what's happened and found our old FS roll of the dice theory to be ludicrous which makes me feel more comfortable! Very excited and we are taking this as a fresh start. We'll consider the last 3 and a half months as a learning experience. We haven't lost much time so that's not an issue. It's more the money we wasted by going to FF. Oh well! Lesson learnt and won't be recommending them to anyone now that they have gone downhill. I swear years back they were so much better! Well that's from the little exposure I had to them then!

It will be interesting to see when we can get going again! We don't want to rush because we want to make sure we are giving it our all before any egg pick up happens.

Default Same Sex Parents TTC list #4

Oh that's awful @jodywifey. I'm sorry to hear! Hopefully this round is it for you!

Some friends of ours got awful news today and it's made me feel kind of blessed that we haven't been put in a position of being on cloud 9 only to end up in hell. Definitely not feeling sorry for us tonight and very much looking forward to a better year for everyone! We have so much going on that a nice little break will do us some good. We have our big day coming up and I want to enjoy celebrating the love between DP and I ❤️
