Congratulations to you and DP. Wishing you a speedy recovery and you have every right taking your time to work through emotions and feelings associated with your birth not going as you imagined it to. But you did an amazing job getting her here, you both just needed some help at the end, and that is ok. I hope you're feeling a bit better and totally loving on her. Which it sounds as though you already have been! Congrats again mamas! 💜💗💜

That's exciting @Flower78!! On with the show 😊 when do you have your first lot of bloods and scans?

I'm at 12dpo so not long and we will know if ducky is going to stick around! I'm nervous and go from being hopeful to unsure so time will tell! I'm day 27 of my cycle and usually I start to spot at this point so I'm on toilet paper watch now!

It should be bloods on next Monday, waiting for nurse to call back. They didn't scan me last time but I'm going to ask for one this time, will see how that goes!

Good luck, I'm still sending good vibes to Ducky!

Are you going to test on the day of BT? I usually get AF first unless pregnant so I probably won't bother testing

Yeah I think it's better to go for bloods after doing a hpt because I've been late due to high progesterone but no BFP in other cycles. At least HPT give me some sort of idea of whether I'm checking beta or just p4 levels as I would go for the bloods either way. I think the results would help the FS regardless and in our case it would be our new FS.

    Good luck Flower and Tortoise!

I'm 8 weeks tomorrow. No more spotting - yay! Hopefully that's the last blood I see until I've given birth 😂

Starting to get excited although still nervous as DPs miscarriage was at 9 weeks. Her pregnancy started off with indicators it wouldn't be viable, I'm hoping my high levels plus having seeing a strong hb early on is a good sign for me.

My hcg at 7w2d was 77,000 so pretty high considering DPs at 9 weeks was 35k, so yeah. Fingers crossed for little Pippi.

We've decided to do the harmony test this time around, anyone else do it? I think it'll help me deal with my anxiety and we can do it through genea and get results in a week. It's expensive but my grandparents have given us some money so I think it might be worth it.

Great numbers rainbow road! Sounds really good.
I didn't do the Harmony test but would next time. I had a high risk NT and it was the worst few days of my life waiting for cvs results. It was because of placenta issues so I would still do the NT and bloods to get a heads up, but having a normal Harmony test first would be great.
