    I worked at Subway back in the day. You only get penalty rates on public holidays. I was casuak though l. Full time/part time might be different.

    It was a while ago but I worked at KFC for 5 years and no, weekends were the same hourly rate but public holidays were double pay.

    I worked at KFC many many years ago and got time and a half on Sunday's, double on public hols. I reckon they'd have a new award by now though

    They have an Enterprise Bargaining Agreement, so it's different rates to the Modern Award. If you google KCF National Enterprise Agreement 2009 you'll find pdf copies that you can download and it will have the conditions in there.
