This website has the foods to avoid during pregnancy. Although I'm not sure how much of an impact this would have on whether or not the embryo implants. Good luck!

Soft cheeses, deli meats, raw egg and uncooked seafood/meat. Soft serve ice cream can also contain naughties.

I believe they say that as listeria can take 3 months to brew in you.

This! My body was a temple in my first two transfers and both failed. Second and third transfers I just did whatever and even had a couple of drinks in the tww. From those transfers I have a 21mo dd and and 23w tomorrow with our second.

I never used to worry about what I ate and then for a few months went on a "healthy food only" neither helped me 10 years on still no babies this time i think they are concerned about health issues, im still eating chocolate (although not enjoying it) tried drinking lots of water but that isn't going down well (water with a small amount of cordial in it is ok thou).. i have in previous transfers anything tried everything i knew of.. just gotta hope this time not sure how much more i can try

As what the others said. I wish you all the best of luck. And sticky dust. Sometimes sorry (cringe) it's the luck of the draw. 2iui bfn for me, IVF number one success, FROZEN TRANS BFN, IVF NUMBER 2 bfn. Then ran out of money. Trying to scrape money together for IVF 3. But I also know of others that did 10 cycles before Bfp. Sadly it's luck of the draw, but I did everything my specialist told me to do.

i also rent d out comedy videos and laughed lots.
