Does Charlotte have you on Warrens standard list of vitamins? Or has she recommended other supplements to help with low amh?
I'm quite frustrated with my current FS, I'm just on standard 450 gonal F. Every time j ask him about some of the things the ladies on this forum have taken he dismisses it. Like DHEA or steriods for example.
Im obviously really hoping for success thsi cycle and if not hope I can get to see Warren sooner.

All the very best for your cycle! I will be watching out for your updates and hoping for a BFP for you! X
Thanks @Turtle02 I will be happy when I start a cycle!! Just so much waiting for my body to cooperate. Charlotte is being trained by warren so she does what he recommends. She had to check with him on something last time I was there, so if you get into Charlotte you're basically seeing him iykwim. She's really lovely and a bit funny. You could try to see her, I have up on waiting to see warren although sometimes you could get in quicker on his cancellation list? I understand your frustration, I was the same and knew I could do better. I need to know I've seen the best person before I give up. No, exact same supplements.

Currently I'm quite impressed about being on some great supplements and having nkcelks testing (yes I have them too ☹)and a flush &scratch as well as the proposed increased meds (double from my previous ivf cycle!!!) and proposed steroids and her suggestion of icsi. I was devastated about the low amh but now I'm okay with it. What can we do? We just try to play the cards we're dealt don't we? 😘
There is definately hope with low ahm!!

I've enquired today with QFG about donor sperm and there's only one donor of African American heritage they can access quickly enough for our cycle (maybe use 1/4 or 50/50)...and he's mixed race (Irish/African American) so the same complexion as our sons. Any Bub we had using our egg donor and this sperm donor's wouldn't look like full mixed race child though - more like the kind of complexion our future grandchildren would be...

Anyway, So glad for you that Both your DH and your donor did so well! Wow I'm quietly hoping we can follow suit with results like those and that my egg donor's 21 year old eggies can do the trick with DH's swimmers.

Just out of interest did you transfer one or two with your twins? Are you here in Brisbane? Warren's told us only single transfers for us ladies doing the Known Egg Donor program....
    Yes I'm here in Brisbane.

We Tx 2 Embies (warren oversaw our cycle which was done in South Africa). Here warren would be governed by the ethics QFG committee who would have stipulated single transfers. (I know he personally doesn't mind Tx more but the committee has clamped down the criteria for transferring more than one . )
He can only Tx more if you fulfill certain criteria. As you are using KED that would negate the age criteria he has to work with and you are working with much younger 'pristine' quality eggs.

Yes My DH really did suffer performance anxiety and the idea that he needed to provide a good sample. He says the idea that we had a back up plan with the donor sperm took that anxiety away. On warrens recommendation we did a 50/50 split.
