    Yeah @Tinachris I got used to the synarel after a while too :-)
    @Chyna, @Kookii - I'm also ttc #1 - aged 40, have been trying for a few years now.
    @Kookii Warren found my autoimmune issues right off -- & he had a plan to manage the fertility effects of all that, which was incredibly reassuring for me. He ordered a huge range of blood tests and did an endo biopsy when I went in for scratch and flush. I have hashis and some lupus blood markers, but no clinical signs of lupus. I don't have NK cells though.

    General update: day 5 stims for me today. I didn't end up moving my scan, so its still scheduled for first thing tomorrow morning. It definitely feels as though something epic's going on in there, I'm incredibly bloaty and achy. I'm also reeeeeeeally tired all of a sudden today. Another 225 puregon and 1/2 cetrotide tonight... EPU next week sometime!

    scan update: everything's looking good so far - about 17 follicles at 12mm+, and epu probably next Wed or Thur. The number of eggs has never been my problem of course, it's the quality, or lack thereof... I met Charlotte, who is lovely and clearly just as switched on as Warren. They looked at my treatment plan and then agreed on the things to do next. Warren's on holidays week after next, and Charlotte will be taking his cases.

    Great to hear all is going well @Rubywoohoo, I know exactly what you mean about quality being the issue that's my problem too. Good luck with EPU and the rest of this cycle x

    Hi ladies,
    I am new to this thread... I have been trying for 4 years now with no fertility issues with me and my DH... and you know how frustrating it is when everything is ok with both of you and you still cant fall pregnant naturally... I am 28 and DH is 32... we have gone through 2 IUI cycles with 1 being cancelled because of hyper stimulated ovaries and a failed IVF cycle last week... I have a good quality frozen embryo but my FS left the clinic this week and is working somewhere else ... I was searching for a good FS and came across this awesome wazza thread...Really keen to get my first appointment with Dr warren... May I know how long it will take to get an appointment after I get a referral from my GP.. and do anyone know how long is wazza out on holidays.... Hoping for a wazza miracle... baby dust to all the lovely ladies...

    @onlyforyou welcome, so sorry to hear of your troubles ttc. I think they are up to December appointments to get in to see Wazza at the moment. It took me 7mths for my initial appointment. Definately get a referral and call the office. Might get a cancellation.

    @onlyforyou hi there, welcome! yes like @Chyna says first appointments take a while to come around. I rang late October 2015 for mine and was given an initial appointment in late April 2016. The cancellation list is a wonderful thing... I ended up with a first appointment with the great man in mid December, and we kicked off right away.

    His Easter holiday is a week long.
