    Hi ladies,

I'm new here. I had my first appointment with Warren yesterday and am still taking it all in.

For the life of me, I cannot work out how to set up my damn signature?!! I did read the instructions to go to user panel and click on edit signature but that doesn't appear as an option... Any clues?

Welcome @Little2. The first appointment with Wazza is pretty full-on, but you get used to it and he has a lovely team.

For the signature, go to "user panel" it's on the second/lighter menu bar across the top of the page. Then read down the menu on the left-hand side of the page and you should see "edit signature".

Hi ladies, I just had my first appointment with wazza two days ago, and hes amazing!
(I believe you all agree that )
Im from Darwin and done my final FET with Repromed in Darwin and got BFP now is 7 weeks, but I have borderline nkc also hyper thyroidism plus sjogrens syndrome, so wazza priscribe me prednisolone 25mg (which im already taking since day 6 in my cycle before fet), aspirin, clexane daily (i was hoping that I didnt need that lol),and progesterone passeries 400mg three times a day, and 1/2 valium(maybe spelt wrong, its a yellow pill) 2 or 3 times a day to relax uterus, because during the scan, wazza found some “leak” or “breakage” in the uterus...
He also ordered intralipids for me and I just done that today, took 4 hour, i have bupa insurance and paid 500 excess, but didnt pay $625 for the intralipids, would wazza send me the bill to pay each time or that including my bupa insurance?
Hes so nice because when we told him how frustrating that we’ve asked around Darwin and cant find anyone who would administrate intralipids for me, he rang one of his students whos a GP in Darwin now and asked him to see if he could find us a place to do intralipids. Unfortunately, yesterday we got a call from that GP said really cannot find anyone who would do it in Darwin (grab my hair and screaming lol)
Anyway, so I've decided to stay in Brisbane for another month, abandon my work and hopefully the pregnancy would pass first 12~13 weeks...
Also, wazzas nurse called me yesterday said according to my blood test results, one of the tests about my thyroid is elevated... wazzas worrying about it, so they also booked me tomorrow to see thyroid specialist ~ I’ll keep my fingers crossed
Hope all the ladies here all well and lots baby dust for you.

I had my appointment with Charlotte yesterday. She's amazing. I'm overwhelmed with a new protocol but I start next week, I think, lol.
I'm so glad I changed specialists!! It's going to be SO different😛

@yjeu - congratulations again on being pregnant. I'm also very glad you've seem Wazza. He is amazing. Good he has picked up on your possible issues. You're also very lucky to get into an endocrinologist so fast for your thyroid - it's amazing what happens when specialists work together. With intralipids - usually you only pay the excess once per year and then for any hospital admission that year you don't pay - if in doubt though, I'd check with the hospital or your health fund.

I hope you enjoy your time in Brisbane and have a trouble free pregnancy.

He is very good any will go through absoutely everything on your 1st visit. There isn't really anyway that he mentioned or I've read that can umcrease ahm levels as that is the amount of eggs. It all depends on the quality of the eggs that you have and all you need is 1 good one. Good luck this cycle too honey my fingers are crossed for you.
