Everyday when I drop ds1 off to school I feel like the ball in a giant ten pin bowling set. The road from the school run between the hospital staff car park and the hospital. It's like a zombie invasion according dd2 and dd3. Surely these people work at hospital so they should have enough sense to cross at the crossing. It not like there's not one at the end of car park that has a nice cement pathway to the hospital. But no, we have to a mass mob of brown cows.

I am tired today because storms rolled over us for a good couple of hours last night. I love listening to rain, but huge rumbles of thunder and lightning flashes, can make sleep a bit difficult. I believe we will have a few days of this weather, summer is still here. marie.

They kept me up too. Probably didn't help that I was already finding it hard to sleep due to heartburn and an over active baby 😂. I think this intense humidity and storms are here for at least a week (in SEQ).

I love that we got some rain last night - my garden loved it too.

I'm currently sitting here in 94% humidity, drenched in sweat hoping we will get that storm we have been promised.
