I am reeeeeally wanting these braxton hicks that I've been having every 10-15 minutes all day to turn into proper contractions. They are so strong and every now and then they are slightly crampy between my hips but don't turn into anything.
4 days overdue and getting very impatient, I want to meet my bubba already!

Amazed. DS (15 months) slept for 8 hours straighy for the first time ever. 7:30 - 3:51. Two weeks ago his longest stretch was 4 hours and then would wake every 2 hours. I've changed nothing. Fed to sleep on our bed and for the past month I've then transferred him into his cot in his own room.
    Please keep going!

working up the balls to book a pre-bub vaj wax. it's been so bloody long and of course I can't see anything down there, and now I'm ashamed to go in with the Amazon jungle.

do I just do it? have they seem worse? will they think I'm horrid for letting myself go like this? I just want things neat and clean for the birth.

It really doesn't matter. The doctors and nurses would have seen it all before.

FWIW I'm in team don't bother.

I agree. You may actually find it really painful at this stage of your pregnancy.

Yep. I did not care at all.

Up to you though. If it stresses you out go for it. You want to focus on the birth.

The beautician would not care what it looks like either. It will hurt more though.

wasn't going to get a Brazilian or Hollywood wax (f.ck that lol) but more just to tidy the rest up.

I know I'll be self conscious about it, I feel myself cringing as we speak having let it get so bad.
