I found the same when I had my manicure. Hence why I will just stick with my jamberrys now.

My dad was told he'd be tired. I'm not sure how true that is because he didn't end up having it. Sending hugs.

ETA: there was a chance that his memory would be affected in the short term. But he's got an aquired brain injury from a motorcycle accident, so his short term memory is pretty terrible anyway.

I am peeved! Since when did time become just a guide. I am supposed to be meeting a few friends at the playground at 10.30 so the kids could have a play. It's now 11.00 and not one other person has arrived. Just called one friend and she is half an hour away. We all have school kids, not babies, so it's not as if nap times or newborn stuff gets in the way.

It happens all the time. I need to start arriving half an hour late.

They all arrived 45-70mins late. It's just so annoying. I get that it's school holidays and everyone likes to take it easy, but that includes me too. I'd have loved an extra 40 mins at home too.
