    Woolies has little dressing containers in the plastic storage section - maybe put the dressing in that and pop it in his lunch box to pour on himself? I used to do that when I took salad to work.

    With salad dressing emphasise with your dd to close the containers tightly afterwards. I didn't remind my dd and the dressing leaked out all through her lunch bag!

    A drink of water
    One piece of fruit
    One vegetable (carrot stick or corn on the cob etc)
    Left overs from night befores dinner ( eg curried sausages, pasta etc) or a roll or sandwich with whatever they want ( usually cheese and vegemite or strass or tuna with cheese and salad)
    A small treat

    That's when we go out they aren't in school.
