We were told not to bring anything so I'm hoping school provides it all!

It depends on your school. Some want you too and other get annoyed if you have. Welcome to world of a school mum, never knowing if you doing it exactly like the school wants.

It's just evil... I figure I will take them, if they want them contacted I will bring them home and do it... I guess it's easier to put contact on then take it off... omg I'm going to be that mum. The one that stands there wide eyed and completely lost.

After 5 kids I am still that mum. We all are. Some just hide it better.

    She speaks the truth!
I'm so anxious about it already and trying so hard not to let it show!

I did the same last year for prep. They survive if they aren't covered.

I have a group of school mum friends and we are always texting each other trying to work out whats going on!!
Not everyone in dd's prep class last year covered their books. But I do recommend book covers instead of contact. So much easier and you can reuse them
