@midnite01 Congrats Aussie! How exciting!! I think yours are taking longer b/c Dr M only tested me for things relevant to a DE cycle rather an OE cycle. Although I think @Charlie74 said hers took 2-3 weeks? At least Dr M is chasing them. I received a call from Gwenyth at 8pm lastnight which I thought was quite good. She just confirmed that yes, take both Gestone and a progesterone pessary (but not which one or how many!). How brilliant to have a supportive Mum! Fingers crossed it will be you, me and @Blossom74 cycling in March together.
It takes me 7 days to test out 1500 pregnyl. I still get a light BFP up to then. It does get lighter by 7 days though when negative. I have used pregnyl boosters for 4 transfers. The last one my blighted ovum I cheated a bit & did it early so I could test earlier. AFM my travelling donor's visa got approved and all is in motion. There is a couple of things that the organiser needs to sort out with QFG but otherwise all plodding along nicely for a late March arrival & April cycle. I will start on the pill next bleed. I have my plan and my scrips from Wazza ect. I am also on long service leave from work just started last week. 5 months off - yee hawwww. @ECM81 welcome hun. I am 36 as well so not quite 40 & this is cycle number 9 for me, my first DE cycle. So I am not quite 40 but the ladies on here are lovely so I sort of crept in. I really needed there advice and they understood late last year when I had my blighted ovum and d and c as most on here have all struggled in one way or another. We were always told we had sperm issues by other FS's and we do but now years later it seems my eggs are very crappy and it took the wonderful Wazza to help me to realise that. Like others have said I wish I had met the man years ago@precious40 you have been in my thoughts a bit. I hope your going okay xo.
@BlondeinBrisvegas While you're online I just wanted to say thanks for laying out my embryo options so well yesterday. I know you were waiting til I had all my results in before putting forward your opinion. I'll ask for two to be thawed and if one is substandard then I'll request the third be thawed, then choose the best two to be transferred. Fingers crossed I at least end up with one to transfer! Such an unknown in such a controlled environment.
